THE ULTIMATE GOAL OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO OFFER THIS ADDITIONAL FUNDING SO THE MONTECITO LIBRARY CAN CONTINUE TO ENHANCE ITS ABILITY TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE AND INNOVATIVE PROGRAMMING, TIMELY RESOURCES & RESPONSIVE ASSISTANCE TO FOSTER A THRIVING COMMUNITY OF LEARNING, SHARING AND CREATING.
