Kluger serves as a board member of the Posse Foundation and the Friends of Recreation in Palm Beach, and is a trustee of Trinity College. He has also served on the board of the Mark Twain Library in Redding, Connecticut. He is the author of "Roosevelt and Churchill: The Atlantic Charter."
