To provide housing for lower-income families and families in need, including but not limited to senior citizens and handicapped members of the community. And to provide residents of the housing community the services necessary to obtaining an overall healthy quality of life.to acquire, own, plan, develop, construct, operate, maintain and improve low-income and affordable residential housing, related facilities, and services for residence of the housing community.
