Local Grants: Distribute food items and cash grants to partner organizations that provide public, year-round, reliable, and secure access to nutritious food.
Strategic Grants: Facilitate assessment of public community cold storage food facilities and resources, creating opportunities for Lineage employees to share expertise, intellectual property, and other tools as in-kind contributions, along with cash grants to organizations operating in the food insecurity space to improve capacity and outcomes.
Employee Hardship Assistance: Provide monetary relief and assistance to current and future Lineage employees and their immediate family members (including qualifying surviving family members) facing financial hardship resulting from qualifying circumstances.
The Foundation also supports initiatives addressing workforce development, educational success, financial literacy, housing stabilization programs, and other efforts focused on social determinants of health related to hunger and poverty.
