JAY HOSPITAL AND ITS AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS ARE COMMITTED TO PROVIDING A BROAD RANGE OF GENERAL AND SPECIALIZED HEALTH CARE SERVICES INCLUDING INPAITIENT, PRIMARY CARE, LONG TERM AND OUTPATIENT HEALTHCARE SERVICES.
