Vincent Isnardi (1918–2011) founded the Isnardi Foundation. He was born and raised in Fresno by Italian immigrant parents Joseph and Jennie (Genevive Tocchini) Isnardi. Vincent graduated from Fresno High School, University of California Berkeley, and University of California San Francisco School of Pharmacy in 1943. He returned to Fresno to join the family pharmacy business, the International Drug Company.
Vincent's philosophy of life was: "Treat everyone with dignity and respect, care for your patients as if they were your own parents, be a good listener, work hard, save for the rainy day, live modestly, and be humble."

The Isnardi Foundation has deepened its financial commitment to the Marjaree Mason Center, a domestic violence trauma center in Fresno. The foundation has supported various capital projects at the center, including rehabilitation of the safe house, vehicles to improve transportation and access to services, and security cameras to improve safety. The foundation also supported 24/7 crisis and emergency safe housing for families in Fresno County.
Marjaree\u2019s match: Isnardi Foundation deepens commitment for new domestic\The foundation awarded $245,000 to the Sons and Daughters of Italy (Colombo Stella Lodge #1149) during 2013–2020 for annual scholarships to deserving students of Italian descent from schools within the Fresno area. This initiative resulted in eight college graduates, three with master's degrees, and two with teaching credentials from the lodge.
The foundation has also supported the Italian Heritage Museum of Fresno County for exhibit expansion and the Fresno Blood Center, with a major gift in 2008 that was the largest gift ever received by the Blood Center at that time, helping to fund construction of a new blood center and equipment.
