EACH YEAR, WOMEN JOIN AS INDIVIDUAL OR SHARED MEMBERS. 100% OF EACH 1,000 MEMBERSHIP GOES TOWARD THE GRANT POOL WITH THE ANNUAL GOAL OF AWARDING AT LEAST FIVE 100,000 GRANTS TO NON-PROFITS IN BEXAR AND CONTIGUOUS COUNTIES. GRANT RECIPIENTS ARE DETERMINED THROUGH A COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW PROCESS AND MEMBER VOTING.
