TO PURSUE SUCH OTHER ACTIVITIES AS MAY BE DETERMINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS CONSISTENT WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF IRC SECTIONS 501(C)(3) AND 509(A)(3).
