TO OPERATE AS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION WITH RESPECT TO THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION. TO PURSUE SUCH OTHER ACTIVITIES AS MAY BE DETERMINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS CONSISTENT WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF IRC SECTIONS 501(C)(3) AND 509(A)(3). THE CORPORATION SHALL HAVE ALL POWERS NECESSARY AND INCIDENTAL TO CARRYING OUT THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT HAS BEEN FORMED.
