The Green Bay Packers Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization established in 1986 by Judge Robert J. Parins, then president of Green Bay Packers, Inc. Although legally independent from the Green Bay Packers organization, the Foundation serves as the charitable arm of the team and receives most of its funding from the Packers. The Foundation is headquartered at Lambeau Field (1265 Lombardi Ave, Green Bay, WI 54304-3927) and is governed by a board of 10 trustees drawn from the Green Bay Packers board of directors.
