The purpose of the Club shall be exclusively to promote, encourage or foster charitable and educational activities and to promote an interest in the athletic programs at Glenbrook South High School and to engender, foster and generally promote such athletic programs and school spirit for such programs. The purposes of the organization include raising funds and purchasing personal property and services to be used by students and faculty of Glenbrook South High School, providing volunteers for educational and extracurricular activities, engaging in other charitable, civic, or educational activities that will contribute to the public education of the community; and exercising other powers conferred by the laws of Illinois on not for profit corporations.
