Friends of Central Arkansas Libraries
The purpose of this organization shall be to promote community participation in the functions, services, resources and needs of the central Arkansas library system; to assist in promoting knowledge of and participation in library programs; to support the development of programs for the extension and improvement of the library's resources and services; and to stimulate gifts, endowments and bequests to the library.
