ITS OBJECTIVES ARE TO PROMOTE A BETTER CHANNELING OF INFORMATION TO ALL THE BUILDING MANAGERS AND TO ACHIEVE A GREATER EFFICIENCY IN THE MAINTNANCE AND OPERATIONS OF BUILDINGS.
