The Ed Darby Foundation is a private family foundation based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, established in 2013 by Ed Darby, CEO of the Tulsa-based manufacturing company Darby Equipment. The foundation was created to address educational inequality and help economically disadvantaged youth in Tulsa succeed academically and work their way out of poverty. The foundation carries forward Ed Darby's legacy following his death in February 2018.

She has served on nonprofit boards including the Young Men's Service League – Tulsa Chapter, Reading Partners, the Eisenhower International School Foundation, and the Tulsa Children's Museum. She co-founded 49th is NOT OK, a grassroots movement advocating for increased public education funding in Oklahoma. A Tulsa native, she knew Ed Darby personally.
