(CMG) LESSENS THE BURDEN ON GOVERNMENT AND FULFILLS ITS MISSION TO EXPAND THE INDUSTRIAL BASE AVAILABLE TO THE GOVERNMENT BY PROVIDING A PATHWAY FOR THE DOD TO LEVERAGE COMMERCIAL INNOVATION AND INVESTMENTS IN TECHNOLOGY REQUIRED TO ACCELERATE DELIVERY OF NEW CAPABILITIES TO THE WARFIGHTER.
