CORRIM's goals are to create and maintain wood production databases that evaluate the environmental impacts of wood products and alternative non-wood-based materials from resource extraction to disposal. CORRIM has produced guidelines for evaluating environmental impacts specific to forestry operation and wood production to be used in conjunction with international standards for performing life cyccle assessment.
