CWG ACHIEVES ITS GOALS BY MARSHALING COMMUNITY RESOURCES AND COORDINATING STRATEGIC ALLIANCES WITH COMMUNITY PARTNERS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF HOUSING AND SERVICES, AND BY SERVING AS ADVOCATES ON THEIR BEHALF.
