WE INTEND TO BE THE PRIMARY FINANCIAL ORGANIZATION FOR OUR MEMBERS BY EARNING AND MAINTAINING THEIR TRUST, BY MAINTAINING A BALANCE BETWEEN SOUND GROWTH, EARNINGS AND RESERVES, BY PROVIDING A CHALLENGING AND REWARDING ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR EMPLOYEES AND BY CONTRIBUTING TO THE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC WELL-BEING OF THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE.
