OUR COLLABORATIVE SPECIALIZES IN CARING FOR THOSE THAT ARE UNINSURED, UNDER-INSURED AND ON MEDICAID WITH HEALTH CARE AND OTHER SERVICES THAT HELP PEOPLE GET AND STAY HEALTHY. OUR SERVICES ALSO REDUCE PRESSURE ON COLORADO'S EMERGENCY ROOMS ESPECIALLY DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
