The Colorado Education Association (CEA) is a 501(c)(5) labor union and nonprofit organization based in Denver, Colorado. Founded in 1917, CEA represents nearly 40,000 educators across Colorado, including teachers, counselors, social workers, nurses, bus drivers, food service workers, education support professionals, and other school employees. As Colorado's largest labor union, CEA operates as a state affiliate of the National Education Association (NEA).
