City of Champions, Inc., a New Mexico nonprofit corporation, is organized exclusively to engage in charitable, educational, and scientific purposes in a manner consistent with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or any corresponding section of any future federal tax code, and with the Articles of Incorporation, as the Board of Directors, in their discretion, shall determine will best promote the mental, moral, intellectual, physical, and economic well-being of the inhabitants of the United States and, in particular, the inhabitants of Eddy County, New Mexico.
