Support for the Indiana Career Apprenticeship Pathway (INCAP), which will launch its first cohort of high school students in fall 2026. Students will split time between workplace and classroom with at least 50% of training on-the-job.

CICP launches fund aimed at making Indiana a chemistry hub
2024

**Ascend Indiana Performance (2024):** Matched 963 early-career Hoosiers and job seekers with career and internship opportunities; completed 7 projects and connected 826 individuals to training and work-based learning opportunities.
