Health: Provides access to health care and prevention programs for those with difficulty providing for themselves. Measurable outcomes include early diagnosis and treatment of sight loss, cancer, and sexually transmitted disease; appropriate and compassionate end-of-life care; integration of disabled individuals into day care, school, and the workplace; and planned crisis response to medical emergencies and natural disasters.
Education: Provides access to pre-K and after school programs that encourage successful transition to kindergarten, early diagnosis of learning disorders, and improved literacy skills among adults. Measurable outcomes include attainment of kindergarten-level reading and writing skills.
Financial Stability: Provides support in managing financial crises and understanding money investment and management. Measurable outcomes include safe and warm living environments, prevention of home loss, food security, appropriate management of limited income, and connection to appropriate long-term support programs.
