TO PROMOTE SOCIAL WELFARE BY PROVIDING A FORUM TO DISCUSS, EDUCATE THE PUBLIC, AND ADVANCE PROGRAMS THAT PROMOTE TOPICAL ISSUES OF INTEREST TO THE JEWISH COMMUNITY IN CALIFORNIA. THE FOUNDATION WILL PROMOTE AN UNDERSTANDING OF CULTURAL, EDUCATIONAL, HISTORICAL, SOCIAL, AND TRADITIONAL MATTERS RELATING TO AND AFFECTING THE JEWISH COMMUNITY.
