B) INSTRUCT AND TRAIN THESE BOYS AND GIRLS IN DRUG PREVENTION AND AWARENESS. C) PROMOTE RELIGIOUS OBSERVANCE AND FAMILY TRADITIONS. D) PROVIDES TUTORS FOR STUDENTS HAVING LEARNING DIFFICULTIES.
