THE PURPOSE IS TO RENDER SERVICE TO THE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL AT EASTON MARYLAND, TO ASSIST IN THE PROMOTION OF THE HEALTH AND WELFARE OF THE COMMUNITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OBJECTIVES OF THE HOSPITAL, TO PROMOTE BETTER PUBLIC RELATIONS AND TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE HOSPITAL AND ITS RELATED NOT FOR PROFIT ACTIVITIES.
