We are a non profit organization dedicated to the welfare of animals in eastern North Carolina. Our mission is to help provide affordable veterinary care, including spay and neuter, for pet owners in Carteret county. In addition to helping pet owners, we also find forever homes for homeless animals in eastern North Carolina.
