THE MISSION OF ASPIRE ARIZONA FOUNDATION IS TO SUPPORT THE HIGHER EDUCATION NEEDS OF PAYSON ARIZONA AND ITS SURROUNDING RIM COUNTRY RURAL COMMUNITIES. WE HELP YOUNG ADULTS ASPIRE TO HIGHER EDUCATION BY MAKING A COLLEGE EDUCATION ACCESSIBLE, ATTAINABLE, AND AFFORDABLE.
