ArtsWestchester is a public charity and arts council based in White Plains, New York. Established in 1965, it is the largest private not-for-profit arts council in New York State. The organization operates from a nine-story neo-classical bank building at 31 Mamaroneck Avenue, which was purchased in 1998 and transformed into a multi-use resource for artists, cultural organizations, and the community.

Arts & Cultural Services - Provides financial support to the arts community through grants and subcontracts; outreach, review, monitoring and evaluation of programs; and technical assistance to artists and art organizations. Includes exhibitions, performances, workshops, and the annual jazz festival produced in partnership with the City of White Plains and the White Plains Downtown Business Improvement District.
Arts Education - Brings artists into schools and community centers.
Public Information Services - Serves as a county-wide marketer of the arts, promoting more than 1,500 arts events annually through various communication programs. Works to build arts audiences and earned income for arts groups through marketing and public information services.
