THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE FOLLOWING CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES: (A) TO CELEBRATE AND SHOWCASE GREAT HAWAII STUDENTS AS ROLE MODELS FOR THEIR ACADEMIC AND ATHLETIC EFFORTS, ACCOMPLISHMENTS, STUDY AND SUCCESS; (B) TO TURN THE NATIONAL PASTIME OF BASEBALL INTO "A CHILD'S LESSON FOR ALL TIME" THROUGH PROGRAMS WHICH CONTRIBUTE TO THE HEALTH, EDUCATION AND WELFARE OF HAWAII'S CHILDREN; (C) TO SPONSOR ACADEMIC COMPETITIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE HAWAII STATE SPELLING BEE, THAT ENHANCE THE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE OF HAWAII'S CHILDREN; (D) TO PROVIDE INSPIRATION FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN TO BECOME RESPONSIBLE FOR THEMSELVES; (E) TO BRING TOGETHER LIKE-MINDED COMPANIES AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS WHO ARE COMMITTED TO THE FUTURE OF HAWAII'S YOUTH AND EDUCATION; (F) TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE RESOLUTION OF THE PROBLEM OF THE SHORTAGE OF HOUSING FOR HAWAII'S HOMELESS AND LOW-INCOME FAMILIES; (G) TO FACILITATE THE COALESCENCE OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS AND
