WEEKLY SESSIONS ARE INTERACTIVE AND FUN, COVERING THE BIKE COMPONENTS AND FUNCTIONS; BASIC BIKE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR; AND CORE SAFE RIDING TECHNIQUES. AS STUDENTS GAIN CONFIDENCE, LESSONS EXPAND TO INCLUDE SITUATIONAL AWARENESS AND ADVANCED SAFETY PRACTICES, SUCH AS: NAVIGATING VARIED RIDING CONDITIONS; MANEUVERING AROUND PEDESTRIANS AND OTHER MOVING VEHICLES; UNDERSTANDING TRAFFIC LAWS RELATED TO BIKING; MANAGING BIKING SPEED AND USING COMMUNICATION TOOLS TO STAY VISIBLE AND SAFE. | $25,000 |
