The Emily Victoria Solek Memorial Scholarship Fund made an irrevocable contribution in the amount of $100,000 to establish the Endowment Fund. Subject to relevant fiduciary standards, the Board of Directors of the RCS Foundation shall have complete authority and discretion as to the investment and re-investment of the assets of the Endowment Fund as part of the RCS Foundation's investment portfolio. | $100,000 |
