THE PURPOSE OF PHASE I OF THIS PROJECT (THIS PROPOSAL) IS TO PROVIDE A SAFE, OFF-ROAD, ROUTE FROM THE MRT/ADT TO NAHANT MARSH. THE OTHER PURPOSE IS TO FACILITATE MORE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY BY PROVIDING MORE AND BETTER ACCESS TO HIKING AND BIKING, ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE WHO LIVE AND VISIT SOUTHWEST DAVENPORT. | $100,000 |
