How to Apply

Nomination Process

Step 1: Prepare Nominator Information

  • Your full name

  • Your phone number

  • Your email address

  • If you are an NMC alumnus/a: your graduation year

    • Step 2: Provide Nominee Information

  • Nominee's full name

  • Nominee's graduation year

  • Nominee's program of study

    • Step 3: Write Nomination Essay

  • Submit a written nomination (up to three paragraphs) that includes:

    • - Detailed description of how this person has touched your life
    - Specific examples of their positive impact
    - The individual's key attributes
    - Impact their actions have made on you or others

    Step 4: Submit Nomination

    Submit completed nomination by either method:
