X Factor Arts Grants

Program Type: Grants supporting entrepreneurial and innovative ideas to advance the arts and creativity

Program Focus: SV CREATES uses X Factor Grants to spur organizations and artists to:

  • POW! WOW! San Jose - Annual week-long mural art, music, and culture festival
