United Negro College Fund “A mind is a terrible thing to waste.”® For more than seven decades, this principle has remained at the heart of UNCF, enabling us to raise more than $5 billion and help more than 500,000 students and counting not just attend college, but thrive, graduate and become leaders. We do this in three ways: By awarding more than 12,000 students scholarships, worth more than $65 million, each year. By providing financial support to 37 historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). And by serving as the nation’s leading advocate for the importance of minority education and community engagement. Wyeth-Aryst/AHP Endowed Scholarship The Wyeth-Aryst/AHP Endowed Scholarship was created to help students in health-related fields bridge the gap in funding so that they may be able to continue their education.

In order to qualify for the Wyeth-Aryst/AHP Endowed Scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:A minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.Students must major in a health-related field or medical business administration.File a Free Application for Federal Student Assistance (FAFSA).Students must have a demonstrated unmet, financial need as verified by their college or university.Applicants must be currently enrolled full-time at one of the accredited institutions listed below.Students must be attending one of our UNCF 37 affiliated member institutions or one of the Diversity Schools on the list (a list of which can be located at https://uncf.org/member-colleges)Students must have demonstrated leadership ability.Be a US citizen or Permanent Resident.
