How to Request Matching Gifts or Volunteer Grants

1. Contact your Human Resources (HR) department to:
   • Inquire if your employer participates in matching gift or volunteer grant programs
   • Obtain necessary paperwork (paper form or electronic submission process)
2. Complete the required form/submission:
   • Typically takes just a few minutes
   • Must be initiated by the donor or volunteer
   • Can be submitted via paper form or electronic process depending on employer
3. Submit form along with contribution to Gulf Coast Council
