Program Description:
The General Program provides funding for customized, employer-directed workforce training projects. This program serves larger businesses and those with more complex training needs than the Express Program.

Key Details:

• Maximum Award: Up to $200,000 per two-year grant (increased from $125,000 as of April 1, 2026)
• Average Cost Per Trainee: Not to exceed $3,000
• Subsidy Cap: Investment in training shall not exceed $300 per instructor hour; businesses responsible for costs beyond this cap
