Workforce Training Fund Program - Express Program

Fact (page-stated): the Express Program, part of the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Program administered by Commonwealth Corporation, gives employers fast, simple access to grant-funded training. Funding limits: $15,000 per company per calendar year, $300 per hour of instruction, and $3,000 per employee per course; companies cover costs beyond those limits. Eligibility: Massachusetts companies with 100 or fewer Massachusetts W-2 employees that contribute to the Workforce Training Fund (all for-profit companies do). A 'Massachusetts company' means work performed in Massachusetts with a company-owned or leased office, plant, warehouse or other physical location in the state - employee home addresses and PO boxes do not count.
