Workforce Development Services to the Refugee and Immigrant Community RFQ Spokane Workforce Council is seeking submissions from Community Based Organizations with a proven track-record of working with Immigrant and Refugee populations within Spokane County, WA to operate workforce development programs serving those specialized communities. The primary grant funding these services is the ORIA State Food Assistance Employment & Training program which seeks to provide employment readiness opportunities for State Food Assistance recipients, helping people prepare for work, as well as obtain and maintain employment. This project intends to fund up to 0.90 FTE for program staff (if selected), however, this is an estimate due to contract negotiations in process.Eligibility
