Vision: To be known for passionately supporting the quality and availability of health care to all those served by Redwood Memorial and St. Joseph hospitals.

Geographic Scope: Serves Redwood Memorial Hospital and Providence St. Joseph Hospital communities

Program Overview: Women for Wellness is a philanthropically minded group working together to address pressing health care issues and provide financial support to Providence Redwood Memorial Hospital and Providence St. Joseph Hospital. The group unites like-minded women who make "giving back" a part of their lives through compassion, knowledge, friendship and philanthropy.

Program Activities:

• Members attend private, fun, and educational events throughout the year
• Members gain valuable insight from like-minded women who choose to make a difference
• Members vote on allocation of funds to support programs, equipment and/or services
• 100% of membership fees directly benefit programs, equipment, and services identified as those in greatest need of support

Member Benefits:

• Vote on fund allocation to support programs, equipment, and services
• Benefit personally through satisfaction of knowing you are part of a collaborative, informed, and empowered force enhancing healthcare

Membership Requirements:

• Minimum contribution: $1,000 per year (fully tax deductible)
• Membership is on a year-to-year basis
• New members welcome at any time
• Fees must be paid in one lump sum or in payments equal to $1,000 by September 30 to qualify for voting privileges and attend social events

How to Join Women for Wellness

Membership Fee: Minimum $1,000 per year (fully tax deductible)

Payment Options:

• One lump sum payment, OR
• Installment payments equal to $1,000 by September 30

Membership Term: Year-to-year basis; new members welcome at any time

Voting Eligibility and Event Attendance: Must pay $1,000 by September 30 to qualify for voting privileges and attend social events

Fund Allocation Process: Funding options are presented to the group and voted on each Fall

Membership Details:

• 100% of membership fees directly benefit programs, equipment, and services identified as those in greatest need
• Membership is fully tax deductible
• Members participate in decision-making regarding fund allocation
