Women Building Utah Scholarship and Grant Program

Overview:
The Utah Chapter of Professional Women in Building offers scholarships and grants through the "Women Building Utah" program to promote, elevate, and support women in the building industry. The program aims to address the significant underrepresentation of women in construction, who comprise only approximately 3% of the construction industry nationwide.

  • Qualifying programs: Industry-recognized universities, colleges, trade schools, or technical schools offering industry-related courses or certifications

    Award Amounts

  • Scholarships: $1,000 per award
  • Grants: Variable amounts determined based on individual need
  • Reapplication: Applicants can reapply every 6 months
