Organizations that have received 3 WBC grants in the last 5 years are not eligible to apply this year.Organizations that have received a grant and not submitted an annual report are not eligible to apply.Generally, WBC will not fund:Religious Organizations for Sectarian Purposes.Lobbying efforts.Political Campaigns.Profit-making Organizations.Deficit financing.Other endowments or foundations.
