The Woman to Watch Award honors individuals who show tremendous success and promise through their professional accomplishments. They demonstrate exemplary leadership skills in their company and a strong dedication to the industry.

Focus Areas: Emerging leadership, professional accomplishments, industry dedication

Eligibility:

• Current members of The WICT Network Global Board are ineligible for this award
• Candidates from media, entertainment, and technology sectors

Award Details:

• The WICT Network will select three honorees – one in media, one in entertainment, and one in technology
• Award is presented at The WICT Network Signature Awards Luncheon

• Contributes significantly to transform her organization
• Serves as a catalyst to help advance others at her organization
• Serves as a role model and mentor to colleagues and others
• Listens to and connects with her peers
• Leads authentically with a commitment to her values

Application Process

Nomination-Based: Awards are presented through a nominations process

• Nomination deadline: Typically June (e.g., June 16, 2023 at 5:00 pm Eastern for 2023 awards)
• Honorees are announced at The WICT Network Touchstones Luncheon during the Leadership Conference in September
