Overview
The WMU College of Arts and Sciences offers an Undergraduate Travel Grant to support students attending professional conferences. This grant provides up to $250 for domestic and $500 for international travel, covering expenses such as airfare, mileage, hotel, meals, and conference registration. Eligible applicants must be enrolled, maintain good academic standing, and have a declared major or minor in the College of Arts and Sciences. This funding aims to enhance students' professional development.
The Undergraduate Travel Grant in the College of Arts and Sciences at Western Michigan University is provided to support opportunities for undergraduate students to travel to professional conferences to present their research. This grant is intended to assist students in their professional development. This grant is NOT for study abroad opportunities. Funding may be used to:
