Overview

WMGA Foundation Junior Girls' Fellowship Program

Overview: In pursuit of the mission of fostering junior girls' golf competition, the WMGA Foundation provides stipends to assist in the financial cost of tournament entry fees and more through the Junior Girls' Fellowship Program.

What the Program Provides:

  • Reimbursement of WMGA entry fees and other tournament related costs up to $500 per tournament season

  • A mentor who will foster good sportsmanship, encourage tournament participation, assist with tournament entry questions, and follow the mentee's progress
  • Eligibility Requirements

    • Show financial need
    • Be between 12-18 years of age (must not have reached 19th birthday)
    • Have a USGA Handicap Index
    • Have been accepted for WMGA Junior Independent Membership, which affords all the playing privileges and responsibilities of a WMGA Junior Member
