An evolution of WFCO's WAGES grantee cohort (2017-2021). WINcome is a board-controlled grantmaking program that provides flexible and holistic resources to women for economic security.

Focus Areas: WINcome grantee partners work with WFCO for up to three years to improve access to:

Jobs with pay and benefits that satisfy basic needs, close the gender and racial income gap, and support economic security
Education and training, and ongoing opportunities to upskill and reskill
Cash assistance
Capital for women entrepreneurs
Child care and other caregiver support
Support for basic human needs, such as food, housing, health care, and transportation
