- Must reapply each academic year

Applicant Preference (in order of priority)
1. A member of First Presbyterian Church of Dallas 2. A member of the Presbyterian Church within Grace Presbytery 3. A member of Presbyterian Church (USA) in Texas- Amount depends on total funds available each year and number of applications received
- Scholarships are sent directly to the school
- Receiving a scholarship one year does not guarantee receiving a scholarship in subsequent years
