Our homeland is the area now known as northeastern Oregon and southeastern Washington. Each year the Wildhorse Foundation makes grants to eligible government, Tribal and non-profit organizations in that homeland area:Morrow, Umatilla, Union and Wallowa counties in OregonThe Tribes Ceded Territory in Washington which is most of Benton, Columbia and Walla Walla Counties. Ineligibility

The Rapid Response Grant is not meant to be an event sponsorship or a supplement to your operational budget. It cannot be used to supplement a project for which you have received a Wildhorse Foundation grant or to supplement a project for which you have a pending application with Wildhorse Foundation.
