Since 1978, over $2.3 million in scholarships have been awarded to youth of Wharton County.

2. Submit application to your high school counselor's office (or Fair office if homeschooled)
3. Fair representative will pick up applications from high school counselor offices
4. Homeschooled students must submit directly to the Fair office by the deadline
