Walter Blackburn Scholarship This scholarship was created in memory of Walter Blackburn by his wife Alpha Blackburn. Walter was the founder of Blackburn Architects, and the lead architect of the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center in Cincinnati, The Black Cultural Center at Purdue University and local architect for the Artsgarden.
